1. Acceptance of Marketplace Terms
By accessing, browsing, or executing purchases on Praise The Sun, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our 30-Day Return Guarantees. If you do not accept these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.
2. Tier Pricing & Wholesale Purchase Rules
Volume tier pricing displayed on product pages is calculated dynamically according to total order units. Once added to the cart, the tier rate remains locked for the duration of your active checkout session. Any deliberate attempts to manipulate quantity thresholds or exploit promotional codes will result in order cancellation.
3. Escrow Payment & Transaction Security
All customer payments are routed into our secure escrow holding facility. Payment is only credited to the respective independent merchant after valid carrier tracking confirms shipment dispatch and arrival at the buyer's specified shipping destination.
4. Shipping, Customs & Delivery Verification
Merchants are required to provide verifiable tracking within 24 to 48 business hours. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. In the event of damaged items, buyers must file a claims notice within 30 days of arrival.
